Light to moderate scratches on the readable side of CD- and DVD-based games are accepted without deductions. Heavy scratches that can be felt with a fingernail may receive a $2 per-disc deduction.

× Damage We Cannot Accept

Cracked discs or damage to the printed/art side of the disc cannot be accepted. Scratches on the readable side of Blu-ray discs may also prevent us from accepting the game.
